TRISH SHERMAN

Lead Trainer & Wellness Advocate

Trish was immersed in Health & Wellness at the early age of 11. As a former high school and collegiate athlete, she fell in love with the process of training paired with proper nutrition. This passion evolved after her player career concluded, to extend the positive impact to others through the lessons she had learned in self experimentation, education and hands-on experience. Trish graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise and Sports Science. Post grad, both of her internships transitioned into job opportunities. After working as an intern with the Head Strength & Conditioning Coach at St. Kates, this role transitioned into an Assistant S&C Coaching Position. She was then offered a position as the Head Trainer at Optimize Physical Therapy and Sports Performance. She has since worked as the Lead Trainer at Xperience and Crunch Fitness, prior to joining the team at Albino Rhino Fitness. There she trained D2 college footballers for and through a pro day. Each role was unique in itself and provided Trish with years worth of ample knowledge and experience. Having worked with a vast variety of college, high school and youth athletes from different sport backgrounds, to a multitude of injured demographics and general population clientele-Trish has acquired a unique perspective and gratitude for not only the physical, but the long lasting-intangible components that stem from a well-designed program and nutrition protocol that is tailored to each individual. Trish is excited to provide high quality, professional, and tailored training to her clients and athletes.
